Our special fabrics are available with different appearances: synthetic leather, glittery, hologram and flocked. Used to create applications and writings directly on fabric, their composition (100% polyester) allows the passage of the needle, through a specific embroidery technique to create a clean tear along the contour border during processing and cancelling all the time that would be required by a manual cut-out of the product.
Thus, they also replace the use of lasers, while still obtaining the same result at the same time: a precise and well-made final application. In particular, these special fabrics are perfect for making large-sized writings and numbers on t-shirts, jackets, but also bags and shoes. If desired, a special expanded resin can be used with these fabrics that acts as a thickness to help the fabric, to obtain an even more accentuated soft and three-dimensional effect.
